Shipping policy

Lead time for each product varies depending on the customization options selected. We need time to design, create and package these precious items.

Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation that the order is ready to pick up or ship with a corresponding shipping timeline. Be sure to have the correct address provided at checkout. All orders are shipped with Canada Post. If your package is received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to open a claim directly with Canada Post. 

Note that delivery is beyond our control, we try our best to send items out as soon as they are ready!
