Shipping and Returns
At Love & Sparkle, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care and attention to detail. We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Current processing times will always be reflected at checkout whenever possible.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other available shipping partners, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: Canada: 2-8 business days. United States: 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Local Pickup:Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, this option will appear at checkout.
Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been shipped, Love & Sparkle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered, and Love & Sparkle cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery.
