How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the item, level of customization, and current order volume. Shipping times are additional and are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer personalized products?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, initials, dates, quotes, or custom designs. Please refer to the product description for customization options and instructions.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you're looking for a custom design, gift, party favor, or bulk order, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We offer bulk ordering for events, weddings, bridal parties, corporate gifting, team gifts, and more. Please contact us for pricing and turnaround times.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handmade and personalized in our Canadian home studio. Each item is carefully created and packaged with attention to detail.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
How should I care for my drinkware?
To help preserve the design and extend the life of your drinkware:
• Hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Do not place in the dishwasher
• Do not microwave
• Avoid scrubbing directly on the design
Care instructions are included with your order.
Are the designs permanent?
Our drinkware designs are applied using premium materials designed for long-lasting use when properly cared for. Following the care instructions will help keep your item looking its best.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, this option will appear at checkout.
