Refund policy

All of our items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design error on your order.

Please ensure you have reviewed the proof, if applicable, to confirm your order. If your item is damaged upon receipt please contact us at information@shoploveandsparkle.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we may open a claim with the shipping company.

If you are ordering clothing, please be sure to order the correct size. When in doubt size up 

Note that colours may vary in person compared to on screen. Photos are taken in natural light to reflect the true colour.
