• Once order is ready you will receive a confirmation that the order is ready to ship

• Shipping time varies between 3-5 days

• Note that delivery is beyond our control however we try our best to send items out as soon as they are ready!

✨ Refunds and Exchanges:

All of our items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design error on your order. Please ensure you have reviewed the proof, if applicable, to confirm your order. If you are ordering clothing, please be sure to order the correct size. When in doubt size up!

• To ensure the design on your glass lasts as long as possible, please gently hand wash in lukewarm water. 

• We recommend use for cold drinks only. 

• Dishwasher not recommended. Avoid soaking in hot water.
